Website privacy notice

Last updated: 18 October 2026.

Who is responsible

Avelio Solutions Ltd is responsible for the personal information we collect through this website. Contact hello@aveliosolutions.co.uk or call 01344 771569 with privacy questions or requests.

Enquiries and checklist requests

We collect the name, email address and any company, phone, service interest or message you submit. We use this to respond to your request and discuss the services you asked about. Our basis is taking steps at your request before entering a contract, where applicable, or our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries. You can object to processing based on legitimate interests.

Checklist requests do not subscribe you to marketing. The PDF downloads on the website. We use request details to fulfil and manage the request.

How requests are handled

Requests are either stored in our private website inbox on IONOS hosting or forwarded through Web3Forms to our business email. The private inbox retains requests for 180 days. Web3Forms describes retention of submissions for up to three years and international processing. See Web3Forms’ privacy information. Email correspondence is retained while needed to deal with your enquiry, any resulting business relationship and applicable record-keeping obligations; it is reviewed when those purposes end.

Hosting, form-delivery and email providers process information to deliver these services. Where information is transferred outside the UK, applicable transfer safeguards must be in place with the provider. Contact us for details of the arrangements relevant to your request.

Optional website statistics

Where statistics are enabled, we ask permission before recording page views, broad traffic sources such as Google or LinkedIn, campaign categories from our tagged links, screen-size groups (mobile, tablet or desktop), and actions such as clicking a demo or download link. We also record whether a page was actively viewed for at least 30 seconds, whether you scrolled halfway or near the bottom, and enquiry form starts, submission attempts and delivery errors. These are activity signals, not recordings of your screen or what you type. We do not include names, emails, form messages or full referring URLs in these statistics.

With permission, a random identifier is kept in your browser tab’s session storage. The server transforms it into an identifier that changes daily. Statistical event records are retained for 90 days. Your allow/refuse preference is stored in your browser for up to 180 days. Choose “Privacy choices” on the website to withdraw permission for future collection. We also respect supported browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals.

These statistics cannot tell us your name or identify your employer. No company-identification provider is connected.

Other storage and technical information

The website remembers your light/dark theme preference. Staff can set an exclusion cookie in the private dashboard to prevent collection from their own browser for up to one year. Private dashboard sign-in uses a necessary session cookie. Hosting services may process connection details such as IP addresses and request times for delivery and security. The dashboard rate limiter uses a keyed value derived from the connection address to limit abusive requests; it does not store raw IP addresses in the analytics database. Expired rate-limit entries are removed during maintenance.

Your choices and rights

You may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability of your information where applicable. You can object to processing based on legitimate interests and withdraw statistics consent without affecting earlier lawful processing. Contact us using the details above. You can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.

Required form fields let us process and respond to your request. You can contact us by phone or email instead. The website statistics and enquiry inbox do not make automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects.
